Originating from the beautiful island of Jamaica and spreading rapidly on a global scale, Dancehall has made a huge impact on the dance community. A particular version of reggae, Dancehall traditionally delivered social commentary, and by the 1980s with the growing popularity of digital instrumentation, Dancehall music began to incorporate increasingly faster rhythms, adding to the fast-paced excitement that is typical to this unique dance form.

This highly energetic, rhythmical, and fun loving art has no boundaries. Learn how to stay on time, move your waistline, jump and wine, and have fun all at the same time.

Dancehall class is suitable for all levels.
